Mentoring Works! 

Children need mentorship programs to help them discover what they do well and then support the development of their dreams.  We at The Decorum Group, Inc. are passionate about providing safe environments for children to grow, learn and develop in a fun atmosphere.

Studies show that mentoring works. It provides children an opportunity to bond with caring adults in the community and has been shown to:

- Decrease risky behaviors

- Increase academic levels and self esteem

- Encourage goal setting and career planning

- Provide opportunities to communicate effecitvely

- Reduce negative behavior and attitudes
